Is Outsourcing to a 3PL the Right Move for a Growing Business?

I’ve been helping a friend manage a growing online business, and we’ve reached the point where storing inventory, packing orders, and handling shipping ourselves is becoming difficult. We’re now looking into 3pl logistics solutions to see if outsourcing can help us save time and operate more efficiently. My biggest concern is whether we’ll lose too much control over inventory and customer orders.
