Is a moderate-strength option effective for managing performance concerns?

I’ve been reading about different strength levels used to manage male performance concerns, and it seems many people start with a moderate dose before considering any adjustments.
For those who were advised by a doctor to use a mid-range strength:
Did it feel sufficient, or did results vary day to day?
How long did it take to notice consistent effects?
Were side effects manageable with proper hydration, meals, or timing?
I’m also curious how much lifestyle factors—stress levels, sleep quality, exercise, or mental focus—played a role alongside treatment. My goal is to understand realistic expectations and responsible use, not to promote anything.
