Migrate Google Workspace to Microsoft 365

Moving data from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is more complex than it appears. Even though both platforms serve similar purposes, they handle emails, permissions, and file storage in different ways. These differences often create issues during migration, such as incorrect user mapping, missing metadata, access control problems, or partial data transfers. Without proper handling, such issues can affect daily operations and user access.
There are some built-in migration options available, but they usually involve multiple manual steps and require a solid understanding of both environments. An organization managing several users or large data volumes, this approach can be time-consuming and difficult to control.
Considering these points in mind, we required an automated solution called Shoviv G Suite to Office 365 Migration Tool. It can migrate mailbox data, calendars, contacts, and Google Drive files in bulk. The Google Workspace Migration Tool allows migrations to run in stages, ensuring previously moved data is not duplicated if a job is paused or interrupted. Administrators can also apply filters, manage multiple mailboxes in a single job, and schedule tasks to run during off-hours.
Being available on Microsoft’s official marketplace and offering a limited trial version adds an extra level of confidence for users planning a migration
