How to use extractmail software for CRM?

I’ve started using ExtractMails to collect email addresses from various sources like Gmail, Outlook, and websites. Now I’m looking to integrate the extracted contacts into my CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce). I'm unsure about the best way to export the data and import it without errors or duplicates.
